The frozen supermarket chain has decided to replace its current celebrity ambassador Coleen Nolan with a normal member of the public, in order to put ‘the spotlight’ on their customers.

Iceland haven’t had much luck with their advertising campaigns, firstly Kerry Katona was dropped after the alleged photographs of her supposedly taking drugs were published. They were heavily criticised over their campaigns during the I’m A Celebrity run and now have decided to turn the tables to the public.

Iceland marketing director Nick Canning described they are looking for “a new face who loves Iceland and is the perfect blend of personality and charm”.
