Miley’s 9-year-old sister is launching a clothing range for pre-teens and oh my God.

If her bum-slapping dance moves on YouTube weren’t enough to convince you Noah Cyrus is a mini-Miley, then her clothing range definitely will.

Noah, who is not even high school age yet, is teaming up with best friend Emily Grace Reaves, eight, and Ooh! La, La! Couture designers for the project.

The two youngsters will release the ‘trendy, sweet, yet edgy’ designs in time for Valentine’s Day.

The designs are set to raise a few eyebrows, being branded ‘grown-up’ and ‘risqué’.
