Lady Gaga and the lost knickers

Lady Gaga Arrives In Japan There is quite possibly a reward out there for the person who finds Lady Gaga’s knickers after they were ‘lost in transit’!!

Lady Gaga has managed to get lingerie-maker Rigby and Peller in a bit of a twist after she was loaned prototypes for their latest collection which appear to have been lost in transit!!

The posh pant-maker claim they sent 7 sets of their handmade Autumn/Winter 2010 collection to the singer for her to wear in a new music video, but only 3 were returned . The 3 sets of underwear which made it safely across the Atlantic were brought back in luggage, but the rest of the collection was reported “AWOL” by couriers, according to Rigby and Peller! Ok, so there isn’t really a reward but we bet people would be very happy to see them again!

A spokeswoman for the lingerie company said: “Obviously we were delighted that Lady Gaga wanted to use our new pieces in her next video but we did stress we needed them back in plenty of time for our press show… They are all hand-made and unique designs that are simply priceless and are not available anywhere in the world so we are really disappointed not to get them back in time for our major showcase of the year.”

Included in the collection was skin-coloured basques with black contouring and matching high-waisted knickers, and sheer black lace bras and pants.

It’s not only Lady Gaga who is a fan of their lingerie, Rigby and Peller can proudly name Sophie Dahl, Leona Lewis, Stella McCartney, Isabella Rossellini, Gwyneth Paltrow and THE QUEEN as their loyal clients.

A spokesman for Lady Gaga said: “We have nothing to say on the matter.”

Bet it was more like “Eh, eh, there’s nothing else I can say, eh”!
