Robert Pattinson didn’t want to kiss Kristen Stewart

Robert Pattinson has admitted that he didn’t want to kiss Kristen Stewart at the MTV Movie Awards.

The Twilight co-stars (and rumoured real-life couple) picked up the award for Best Kiss for their smooch in Twilight New Moon and kissed briefly during their acceptance speech.

However, Rob didn’t want to kiss Kristen, and had a much better idea.

“I had the best ideas last night and I was like, ‘Listen everybody, leave it to me, I’ve got it all under control’,” he told MTV.

“I gave all these ideas and nobody thought they were funny and we ended up doing something which didn’t work!”

It was a bit of a cringey moment.

Ahh well, there’s always next year.
