Zac Efron and Vanessa Hudgens stay close at MTV Movie Awards

Hollywood’s hottest young couple both looked fantastic on the red carpet, and barely even separated to have their individual photos taken.

Vanessa wore a beautiful white Jenny Packham dress, and Zac looked handsome as ever.

Some reports suggest that the High School Musical sweethearts were stuck to each other a bit too much, and came across as sickly rather than sweet.
