Justin Timberlake’s William Rast clothing range is to be put on sale at US supermarket chain Target.

The singer’s range will be on sale in the store from December, with a spokesperson for the supermarket confirming its customers will love the “laid-back” approach the label offers.

The representative said: “Our guests have varied tastes and this collection provides the perfect mix of rocker attitude and laid-back appeal for men and women everywhere at affordable prices.”

William Rast chief executive Colin Dyne added: “The collection for Target was inspired by the essence of the William Rast brand – the iconography of biker culture and American denim heritage.

It is not yet known exactly what the collection will include, but it is expected to be cheaper than the brand’s high end range, which features leather jackets which cost up to $595.

Justin has previously revealed an unusual fashion inspiration – that of Rolling Stone legend Sir Mick Jagger.

He said: “There is blatant correlation between music and fashion. I think since the beginning of rock ‘n’ roll, people have wanted to dress like rock stars.

“I still find old Mick Jagger jackets that I wish I could pull out of his closet or something. Of course, they wouldn’t fit me. Very tight.”
