When Lily pulled out of her appearance on Chatty Man, Alan wasn’t happy, reportedly telling his audience: ‘I heard at four o’clock this afternoon that Lily Allen’s pulled out. That’s the second time she’s pulled out with two hours to go. I don’t know what’s wrong with that f*cking bitch. I don’t know if it’s a vendetta or if she hates me or it’s because I’m gay – but the way I’m buzzing now I could f*cking slap her.’

Well Lily found out, and tweeted the following: ‘Sorry Alan, but I can’t help being ill. If it’s any consolation I feel awful. I wouldn’t have been any fun at all… Do think your comments are a bit strong. Unless you were being sarcastic.’
