The Spice Girl is being sued for beating up an estate agent who she mistook for a celebrity pap.

Mel B has a £1 million lawsuit after her from Amado Aguirre who claims he suffered a broken hand plus back and neck injuries when he was attacked by The Spice Girl, her husband Stephen Belafonte and one of their employees last December.

However Amado claims he was taking pictures of the property which he was due to value when the incident happened. He was then approached by the trio, who “intimidated” and “physically injured” him.

The estate agent is now suing Mel for £663,000 in compensation and £230,000 damages. As well as the £66,000 for loss of earnings and £23,000 in medical expenses.
