Rumours were circulating that Lady Gaga was going to release a perfume – however this may not be true.

Gaga was reportedly going to release an ‘unusual’ fragrance in time for Christmas.

Marketing magazine claims that the singer was helping to develop her own fragrance with Coty Inc.

However, execs at Coty denied the report.

‘I know nothing of this project,’ said Steve Mormoris, senior vice president of global marketing for the firm’s Coty Beauty division, according to wwd.com.

‘It is a totally false rumour.’
