Spencer Pratt hasn’t spoken to sister Stephanie for a year

The Hills reality star Spencer Pratt hasn’t spoken to his sister Stephanie for a year, and she doesn’t really seem care…

“In September it will be a year,” she says.

“It’s getting more and more normal.” Stephanie says that it’s her brother’s decision for the pair never to speak, but that she will welcome him back when he stops sulking.

“When he’s ready to come around, I’m going to greet him with open arms,” she adds.

“I love him more than anything in the world. He’s my blood.”
