Amelle Berrabah fears she will ‘hit rock bottom again’

Earlier we reported how Sugababe Amelle Berrabah was arrested for drunk driving. Now she fears she will hit rock bottom again.

She blamed her early morning run-in with police on a hangover from the night

She said she was on her way for a jog when she was pulled over in her Mercedes in north London at 5.23am last Thursday.

‘I’d been out the night before for drinks with friends and got stopped on the way to meet my personal trainer and it was obviously still in my system. I’m so angry with myself – I felt fine and had a coffee,’ she wrote on Twitter.

After checking into rehab last year following the Sugababes fallout, Berrabah warned she was struggling with the negative headlines.

‘Why do papers always write horrid stuff on me, I feel like I’m going rock bottom again,’ she wrote.

The 26-year-old is due in court on October 8.
