Blake Harrison has revealed that filming has already started for The Inbetweeners movie, and let a few details slip about the plot.

In an interview with Flecking Records, Blake (who plays lovable Neil in the hit E4 show) spoke about filming the movie.

“We filmed a weekend’s worth in Malia, just down the strip whilst it was packed and we’re going to film the bulk of it in January for seven weeks or so.” he said.

“The lads go on a boys holiday to Malia and I think it’ll be the same old idiots but on quite a grand scale!”

Blake also addressed the UK’s need for a teen comedy.

“There’s a massive gap in the market for a British teen comedy and I think we’d have a really good audience for it as well!”

“I think it could be out sometime in the summer orĀ AutumnĀ of next year but it should be out in 2011.” he added.
