It’s no secret that Robert Pattinson would love a career in music, but how seriously is he taking it?

It has been reported that Rob, 24, wasted an opportunity to record some music.

According to the National Enquirer, Robert hired a team for a recording session in Hollywood last month, but things didn’t quite go to plan.

One insider called the evening “a night of all booze and no music.”

“Rob needs to seriously rethink his musical career,”

“He didn’t manage to get anything done because he invited a bunch of his rowdy friends and brought tons of booze to the studio.”

“He ended up goofing off all night with his buddies and getting drunk.”

“Rob mostly joked around with the musicians and kept them there for hours.”

“He got so wasted that he couldn’t get it together long enough to complete one track.” said the insider.

Robert is a talented musician who can not only sing, he can play a variety of instruments too. He even had two songs feature on the Twilight soundtrack.

Robert is so busy making movies that he hasn’t had a chance to work on his music yet.

Could this be true, or just another rumour?
