RIP Leslie Nielsen

Sad news today, Leslie Nielsen has died.

Leslie, who was an absolute legend, died on Sunday afternoon from complications of pneumonia.

It was his nephew who told CTV News that Leslie had been fighting the disease in hospital for 12 days prior to his death.

He was 84 years old.

We loved him for his role as Lt. Frank Drebin in the Naked Gun movies, and President Baxter Harris in the Scary Movie films.

He is survived by his wife Barbaree Earl Nielsen, who he married in 2001, and his two daughters, Maura Nielsen Kaplan and Thea Nielsen Disney.

RIP Leslie Nielsen.
