Cory Monteith has spoken about his character Finn’s breakup from Rachel.

Speaking to Hollywoodlife.com, the Glee star said: “[Finn] is pretty hurt, but they were each other’s first love,”

“I don’t think anything that deep can disappear that quickly.” he said, giving hope to the fans that the door might not be closed.

HL asked what he would do in Finn’s shoes: ”That’s a loaded question,” he said. “I think forgiveness is important.”

The site reminds that Rachel was furious when she found out Finn had slept with Santana (Naya Rivera), so she got retaliation by hooking up with Puck (Mark Salling) … again.
