Robert Pattinson keen to play Jeff Buckley?

Robert Pattinson apparently wants to star in a Jeff Buckley biopic.

The sexy Brit Twilight actor has reportedly approached producers about depicting the late Hallelujah singer when he has finished filming Breaking Dawn.

“I’ve met actors who are keen on the part and Robert was one… The actor must be able to play music and sing, or at least make it believable he can do that,” said producer Michelle Sy.

Jeff’s mum Mary Guibert was full of praise for Mr Pattinson according to ShowbizSpy.

“Robert is a fine young actor,” she said. “I’m flattered he’s been linked to the project. When the times comes we’ll give everybody an opportunity to be seen and heard.”
