You voted Adam Lambert as the “star that will shine in 2011”

Adam Lambert came out tops in our poll “Which star will shine in 2011?”

2010 was a great year for music, so we’re expecting big things to happen in 2011.

We asked you guys to predict the stars from the music world who were set for big things this year. The four musicians who received the most nominations were… Adam Lambert, McFly, Olly Murs and Allison Iraheta.

It’s worked out quite nicely, with two acts from the US and two from the UK, however it was the US who came out on top with Mr Lambert bagging the most votes. It won’t come as any surprise to Adam’s very devoted fan base that he managed to win the poll with over 50% of the vote!
