Check out this video of an undercover cop tackling Justin Bieber to the ground!

As young Justin stepped outside of Macy’s Herald Square, NYC, to meet fans who didn’t make it inside the store for his “Someday” cologne launch, he appeared to be attacked by a man.

Don’t panic though, Hollywoodlife.com are reporting that it turns out the man was an undercover cop who thought Justin’s safety was in jeopardy.

Tune in at 00:50 in the first video to see the man leap the barriers and fly at Bieber.

TMZ sources say Justin’s security team messed up by bringing Justin outside, deviating from a “carefully planned route”. The undercover cop identified himself, according to TMZ, but the security guard wouldn’t listen so he was cited for disorderly conduct.
