Rapper Pitbull sued by….Lindsay Lohan?!

Lindsay Lohan is back in court but this time something is a little different.

If we were Lindsay Lohan we’d have seen enough Court Room drama to last us a lifetime, but apparently this time the troubled star has actually chosen to return to the legal system after filing a lawsuit against rapper Pitbull.

Clearly not a fan of the rappers material – especially when it’s about her!!

The Just My Luck star is suing Pitbull claiming the lyrics of his song ‘Give Me Everything‘ are disparaging against her, reports U.S. website TMZ.

The song in question, which was co-written by Ne-Yo and Afrojack, contains the lines: ‘Hustlers move aside, so I’m tiptoein’, to keep flowin’
I got it locked up like Lindsay Lohan.’

TMZ reports that the actress is far from being a happy bunny about her starring role, and has filed a lawsuit stating:
‘The lyrics, by virtue of its wide appeal, condemnation, excoriation, disparaging or defamatory statements by the defendants about the plaintiff are destined to do irreparable harm to the plaintiff.’

The court papers describe the former party girl as:
a professional actor of good repute and standing in the Screen Actors Guild, is suing under the New York civil rights laws, which protects people from having their name exploited for commercial purposes.

It also alleges that the mention of her name in the song ‘causes [Lindsay] to be associated and identified in connection with defendants.

The star is seeking an injunction to stop all of the defendants from broadcasting the song and also ‘unspecified’ damages.

We wonder if Pitbull will beg “Please, please Lindsay, Please”?
