Seriously, how can Vanessa Hudgens top Zac Efron?

When you’ve dated Zac Efron, how can you possibly top that with another fella?

That’s apparently what his ex Vanessa Hudgens is currently trying to do, with rumours circulating that she is dating Austin Butler (who we may or may not remember from a kiddie flick called Aliens in the Attic).

The two hung out with Vanessa’s bestie Ashley Tisdale at Lexington Social House in Hollywood Saturday night, and according to Hollywoodlife.com, that was just the beginning of what looked to be a total date night.

As is always the case, someone caught the alleged couple on camera.

So what is going on? According to HL, a source has branded the two “friends with benefits”.

“It isn’t a serious thing at all,” revealed the insider in Vanessa’s camp. “She’s having fun hooking up with him but no official relationship has flourished yet. They’d hooked up before their Saturday night out. It’s a friends with benefits situation.”

He’s cute… but he’s no Zac Efron!
