We’re not sure where Justin Bieber falls with these comments, but the good news for fans is that he’s back to work and working on new album, Believe.

“I am back to hard work as I have been slack in the past,” Justin said, reports Showbizspy.

“I have been chilling — just working a bit on my album and just relaxing. Trying to get everything out of my mind but now I am really focussed on this album and I can’t wait for all my fans to hear it.

“I expect it will go to number one.”
