As well as announcing their co-headlining tour with Bowling For Soup’s Erik Chandler, Patent Pending have recently released a covers EP.

Spring Break ’99, available on iTunesm features their take on some of 1999’s most memorable hits, including Lit’s “My Own Worst Enemy”, Smashmouth’s “All Star” and an amazing, tongue-in-cheek, power-ballad version of Limp Bizkit’s mighty frat-boy anthem “Break Stuff”.

Tracklisting:
1. I Want It That Way
2. All Star
3. Every Morning
4. Break Stuff
5. My Own Worst Enemy

If 2012 saw Patent Pending light the touch-paper, this year promises to see Patent Pending rocket to the forefront of the pop-punk arena. With a new album and a heavy US and European touring schedule planned, Patent Pending are unarguably the ones to watch in 2013.

Spring Break ’99 EP is out now.
