Miley Cyrus’ mum is reportedly following in her daughters footsteps, and is changing her name.
Miley was named Destiny Hope Cyrus when she was born in 1992. She was nicknamed Smiley due to her cheerful nature, which was then shortened to Miley.
Now her mother is following suit according to TMZ. Leticia has filed to have her name changed legally to her nickname Tish. In the application papers, she insists she has been known as Tish “for as long as she can remember”.
In other Cyrus news, dad Billy Ray and son Trace will be teaming up for a TV show about UFOs.

Lady Gaga interrupted one of her concerts to break up a fight between fans.
Gaga was performing her hit track Just Dance on her Monster Ball tour in Washington on Tuesday when she noticed an altercation between two people in front of the stage.
The pop singer stopped the music straight away.
“Stop fighting,” she said, reports ShowbizSpy.
“Do not fight at this show.”
After cheers from the crowd, Gaga asked: “Is she ok? Are they both ok? I don’t know who hit who.”
“I’m sorry. I just don’t want you to fight. This is all about love and happiness. Only fake monster fighting.”

Selena Gomez has confessed that she doesn’t really act her age.
The 18-yar-old actress and singer also admitted that she doesn’t know what love is.
“I’m 18, but I feel like I’m still 15. I feel very young at heart, and I still want to jump up and down on my bed singing and rocking out,” Selena said.
“You never really know when you’re in love at this age. I don’t know what love is.”

Robert Pattinson is apparently planning another visit to Kristen Stewart.
Rob, Kristen’s rumoured girlfriend and Twilight co-star, recently flew out to Canada to spend time with Kristen while she films new flick On The Road.
Well now he is reportedly going to see her again – only this time he’s driving.
Dressed in dark jeans, a dark gray tee, a white over shirt and baseball cap, the hunky British star was spotted out at a bar Monday night in Lubbock, Texas reports ShowbizSpy.
Rob left Lubbock Tuesday morning and is back on the road.

If Kristen Stewart wasn’t an actress, she doesn’t know what she’d do.
The 20-year-old actress, who found mega-fame in the Twilight flicks, says that acting is all she knows.
“I would have a lot of pent-up energy,” she said.
“It would be very frustrating. I’m not good at anything else. I’m bad with my hands. I can’t make stuff.”
“Acting is so self-indulgent and self-reflective and we just think about people and how they deal with one another. That’s probably what I’d continue to do!”

Pregnant Lily Allen is craving soup.
Lily, who’s expecting her first child with boyfriend Sam Cooper, says that soup is helping her morning sickness.
“Ooh yes, I could do with a great big cup of soup right now. Chicken, tomato — whatever I can get. That’s all I’ve really been craving,” the singer told the Daily Mirror.
“The past few months have been a bit tough because I’ve been sick and stuff, but now everything’s fine, because I’ve discovered soups are the cure to my morning sickness.”
Lily also revealed that she does know the sex of her baby.
“I do actually know whether it’s a boy or a girl, but I’m not telling you.” she added.

It was only last month people were saying that she was too skinny.

Justin Bieber would prefer it if his fans could keep their cool around him.
The 16-year-old pop singer would rather have a chat with fans, but unfortunately Bieber fever takes over and they end up screaming at him.
“Just talk to me,” he said. “Ask me how I’m doing. Introduce yourself instead of yelling, ‘Justin! Justin! Justin! Can I have a picture?’”
He also doesn’t like it when people photograph him while he’s eating.
“And don’t come up to me while I’m eating,” he said. “How would you like it if I came into your house and started taking pictures of you while you were eating? I hate that.”
He isn’t sick of his fans, but he is sick of seeing his own face.
“It’s still amazing to see people wearing my shirts, but I feel like I can’t get away from myself,” he said.
“Like, I go to Walmart and I just want to go get some boxers and socks, but there are posters of me everywhere. Or my song comes on the radio, and it’s like, ‘Aah!.’ “

Miley Cyrus and co-stars Ashley Greene and Douglas Booth have been papped filming scenes for LOL in France.
Miley, Ashley and Miley’s on-screen boyfriend Douglas were at the Trocadero Fountain in Paris filming scenes for the indie flick.
They were splashing around in the water and having a whale of a time.
Since Miley’s split from real-life boyfriend Liam Hemsworth she has been romantically linked to Douglas, but it’s all speculation.

The pre-sale for Adam Lambert tickets to his UK tour were made available this morning, but if you blinked, you missed it.
We’re told by our Lambert loving friends that the tickets allocated for people signed up to the official mailing list were gone within just ten minutes of being made available for the England dates, and the Glasgow ones went shortly after.
We’re excited that the Glam Nation Tour is coming to the UK, but with Adam playing more intimate venues we’re wondering how quickly the tickets will sell out when they go on general sale.
