After announcing she is taking a break from the music industry Lily Allen certainly does not plan to leave on a quiet note – her Brit Award plans are rumoured to involve her arriving in a model of an airplane.

If Lady GaGa flew on to the stage with Beyonce for their duet, we wouldn’t bat an eyelid but it seems Miss Allen has decided to step up her Brit Award performance this year.

It has been alleged all the celebrities involved have raised the bar this year, having a bit of a competition to try and put on the best performance of the night.

They all want their performance to be remembered in years to come, who could forget the feather mysterious Girls Aloud performance, the Scissor Sisters unique flamboyant performance and we will never forget the Spice Girls and Geri Halliwells infamous union jack dress, which has perhaps become more famous than any of the band members.

It’s safe to say the celebrities are as competitive as ever, and will certainly put on a show.
