Well, nearly! Apparently he was declared bankrupt yesterday after failing to pay a £20,000 tax bill. He heard this news as he boarded a plane over to Australia to start the new series of ‘I’m A Celeb…’, which can never be good when you’re starting a long flight like that.
Joe’s agent last night claimed that he was planning to battle the ruling, and explained, “Joe has not been around to sort this out. The bankruptcy should never have gone through. He’s not in financial difficulty – he’s fine!”
Ah the life of being a celeb eh? Let’s hope he gets this sorted!

Can you believe that Barbara Windsor (‘Enders Peggy) has been on the show for 15 years?! No, neither can we! However she has now called time on her role in the show, saying, “I should spend a bit more time with my old man – as he’s not getting any younger.”
She has simply decided that she’s tired of working so hard, but apparently the decision was not one she found easy to make. “EastEnders has changed my life,” she admits. “I’ll be so sad to leave Peggy behind. She’s such a wonderful character to play.”
But the big question is… How will she leave the show?! Let us know what you think!

Will Smith is interested in making an appearance in EastEnders.
The actor became hooked on the show when he visited the UK to promote Seven Pounds.
‘I was just chilling in my hotel and EastEnders was on TV,’ says Will, 41. ‘I didn’t even know what it was, but I literally could not stop watching it…
‘It was so real and gritty. American soaps are all about the beautiful people and being cheesy. This soap had everything.
‘I’m a bit busy but when things quieten down I’d love to do a cameo. I could make a big entrance in the pub and be like: “Hey, girl let’s take this outside”.’
Will hopes the show will return to free TV in the States after it was axed by BBC America in 2003.
‘If the BBC boys are reading this, sort it out man, and start showing it again!’ he tells The Sun. ‘Get it back on our TV screens.’

Kara Tointon has told the Daily Star that she was devastated when she found out Dawn was to be axed from Eastenders. She told the newspaper: “I was heartbroken when they told me and I have to admit I did cry. I’ve already told them that if they do plan to kill Dawn I will refuse to close my eyes in the dying scenes!”
But on a more positive note she added: “I’ve just got to dust myself down and get back out there.” Possibly, if rumours are to be beleived, Kara could be crying all the way to the Strictly dancefloor. She danced her way to success previously on the Sport Relief Does Strictly Come Dancing special last year, but has been unable to take part in the actual show as Eastenders bosses have banned cast members due to the strain it puts on their schedule. But now she’s free as a bird!
The BBC are to shake up Strictly this year, to try and draw in some of The X Factor’s 16-23 year old viewers by adding some sexier and higher profile celebrities. A source also told The Sun: “Kara has made it no secret that she has wanted to do Strictly for years. Hopefully we can make it happen. She’s exactly the kind of contestant that we want on the show.”

Not his real sister, that would be gross! We mean his soap sister Kara Tointon of course. Joe revealed to his fellow ‘I’m a Celeb’ jungle dwellers that he’s in a releationship, following a split from the mother of his 1 year old child earlier in the year.
“It’s true what they say, that when you have sex with someone you really love then it’s a whole different ball game. And at the moment I’m with someone I really love. I have been with her five months, but I know I love her. She’s beautiful and funny and she doesn’t know it which is the biggest attraction to me. She underestimates herself.”
The Sun revealed yesterday that it is in fact Kara he’s talking about, she’s also listed as his celebrity supporter on the show.
Strangely though, he had also been linked with Kara’s lovely sister Hannah a while back. So Joe likes to keep it in the family, literally!
We were looking for photos of the couple together, but we could only find this one of Joe and Hannah.
