We asked you: Do you find Horne & Corden funny?

The good news is 25% of you loved it! Unfortunately 52% of you said you didn’t find it funny and 5% of you didn’t even get it!

I love Gavin and Stacey, they’re both great in it, but they’re not getting very good reviews for anything else it seems!

A review of Lesbian Vampire Killers by the Daily Mail said: This Britflick from hell co-stars British TV comedy flavours of the month James Corden and Mathew Horne, but don’t expect the charm or invention of Gavin And Stacey. It appears to have been made for binge-drinking teenagers – and by them. It’s a tragically feeble spoof of Hammer horror, and a witless recycling of elements from Withnail & I and An American Werewolf In London. But even to compare it with such movies is to overpraise it by association.

It’s desperately unfunny, unless you find vomiting, farting, decapitation, women’s breasts and four-letter words the ultimate in hilarity.

The most that can be said for it is that it is consistently abominable, and the horrible performances – I have never seen a more talentless female cast – are ideally suited to the moronic writing.

This is the most puerile, halfwitted British comedy since Sex Lives Of The Potato Men: lewd, loutish laddism at its worst. It will do well on its first weekend.”

I haven’t seen LVK yet but I have to protest – Sex Lives Of The Potato Men was awesome!
