Exhausted Matt Horne collapses on stage!

Matt Horne was taken to hospital after collapsing on stage
during a performance of the West End play he’s appearing in.

Audience members first thought it was part of the show, until a co-star called out to ask if there was doctor among the crowd. The incident happened during the Wednesday matinee performance of play Entertaining Mr Sloane.

Matt was put into the recovery position before being taken to hospital in an ambulance. He was later discharged but had to pull out of the evening performance. A decision is yet to be made on when he might return to the Joe Orton play, which ends on April 11.

“Matt has been working flat-out for the last three months. He has patently been suffering from exhaustion,” said his representative.

One theatre producer told the Daily Mail: “The word is he flipped because he’s completely out of his depth. This has been coming for weeks.”

However, a friend of the actor insisted: “He just needs a holiday, that’s all.”
