A false quote attributed to Lady GaGa, 23, was also circulated on the internet.

Lady GaGa joked about the rumours on Twitter.

‘My show was so good last night,’ she wrote. ‘I just had to go home and suck my own hermie d***, suckka.’

Her manager’s now set the record straight, telling ABCNews.com: ‘This is completely ridiculous’.
