Sinitta claims Simon Cowell is hooked on Angel Delight.

‘He has a two-packet-a-day problem or habit – it’s his comfort food,’ she says.

‘He walks round with a packet of cigarettes and a packet of Angel Delight. He will have a bowl of pink Angel Delight at home or in the back of a limo.’

This is apparently Simon’s way of dealing with the pressure after the recent X Factor events.

‘If he did make a mistake, cut him some slack,’ Sinitta tells the Sunday Mirror. ‘He realises people are disturbed by the result.’
