Katy Perry has decided that she wants to surprise hubby to be Russell Brand with a new luxury car for Valentine’s Day.

Katy has been making secret plans to keep the Valentine’s gift a huge surprise.  We’re sure she’s over the moon that an insider in camp Perry/Brand (Prand?) spilled the details!

The singer is said to have forked out almost £500,000 for the customised lilac (wow) Bentley Brooklands, which she plans to give to her fiancé.
