Rachel Stevens ready to make a comeback

Rachel Stevens is ready to return to the ‘land of  pop’, five years after her last solo record was released.

Former S Club 7 star is planning to enter the music studios once more to make a new album in the near future.

After Winning Strictly Come Dancing in 2008 and getting married last year, most of the press rumoured Rachel would be ‘settling down’ rather than making a comeback.

Rachel in an interview with New Magazine explained her plans;

“There are plans for an album but it’s in the early stages. It’s a new challenge and it’s exciting…There are so many great artists and most of them are women, but that’s good – the more the merrier!”

Rachel also admitted that she no longer keeps in touch with ex-S Club bandmates, but there are no hard feelings between them.
