blink-182 start recording album and rehearsals

The news comes ahead of the band’s upcoming summer shows, and the announcement that they will be finishing their new album later this year.

Bassist Mark Hoppus and drummer Travis Barker have taken to Twitter to talk about their projects.

Mark tweeted: ‘blink-182 rehearsals today! Stoked to see our fearless amazing road crew!!! OCHO!!!’

‘All blink-182’s are in the building!! Let the fun begin…’

‘blink-182 recording today. new album type stuff.’

Travis also tweeted: ‘Just finished up BLINK rehearsals. Now on to the LAB 2 get some more work done on my album.’
