Joe Jonas and Demi Lovato talk about split

The  pair spoke to Teen Vogue seperately about their break-up.

Demi and Joe did a joint photoshoot and interview with the magazine whilst they were still together, but split up less than 48 hours later.

However they did speak to the magazine about the end of their relationship.

“It could have been better timing,” said Jonas. “But there’s never really a good time for something like that. I really care about her.

“In this business. It’s really hard to find people who are going to be there for the rest of your life. When I met Demi, I knew right away that our friendship was really strong. I don’t want to lose that ever.”

Lovato added: “We haven’t spent any time together since everything because that would be awkward, but I’m sure things will go totally back to normal once we’re on tour together. It’s just that at this point I’d rather be hanging out with my girlfriends than seeing my ex.”

With Lovato opening for the Jonas Brothers in the US this summer, we do hope it’s not awkward!
