Twilight Eclipse will hit cinemas in a matter of weeks, but don’t expect the same old same old because the films are growing up as quick as the cast.

Not only has main-man Robert Pattinson expressed his wish for dirty sex scenes when Bella and Edward finally get it on in Breaking Dawn, but now he’s revealed that Eclipse will feature scary fight scenes.

‘It’s really different, kind of serious,’ the 24-year-old told MTV News. ‘I’ve seen an early cut and all the kinds of fight scenes that are inĀ New Moon, they’re, like, real fights now.’

‘They’re not, like, fantasy things. It’s like a horror film.’

The film was directed by David Slade – famed for his gory films.

Catch Twilight Eclipse in cinemas, June 30th.
