JLS & Miley Cyrus – the feeling is mutual

JLS are big fans of Miley Cyrus, and Miley Cyrus is a big fan of JLS.

In an interview with MTV, JLS spoke about meeting Miley, and her controversial new look.

Jonathan ‘JB’ Gill explained: “We saw her backstage at the MMVA’s and we presented an award and she was coming off stage just as we were going on.”

“She came to us and said ‘Yeah I listen to your music whenever I’m on the road in England’ So we were like cool man…”

Bandmate Ortisé Williams was also full of praise for Miley, and defended her raunchy new image.

“There comes a time in every artist’s career where once you’re doing really well there’s someone who wants to find something to bring you down…”

“We know how people criticise you and find any kind of gaps or holes in what your doing when your achieving great things, and there’s no doubt about it she’s a great act and talented.”

He added: “She’s a very hard worker and we met her to see that this girl has literally put everything into what she does and that’s something for every artist and creative person to defiantly be inspired by.”
