Lily Allen claims she is not at all bothered about the weight she has gained over the last few months.

The 25-year-old self-confessed sufferer of body dysmorphic disorder claims she no longer obsesses about her weight.

Allen says she has put on around half a stone since finishing her tour in March.

But insists she diets as and whenever she needs to.

Lily: “When I was on tour earlier in the year, I would be on stage for one-and-a-half hours a night.

“So since the tour finished, I have put on about half a stone.

“But I do pilates three times a week. I am still body conscious, but I’m not so concerned with it. I don’t care as much,” she added.
