Lindsay Lohan needs a break between prison and rehab

Lindsay Lohan says it’s not fair that she has to go directly from the slammer into three months of rehab and wants a break.

The Machete actress is expected to be released early next month, with her three-month sentence for breaking her probation cut.

However, her lawyer says she needs a break between jail and rehab to see her loved ones.

‘I think it’s only fair she spend some time with her family,’ said Shawn Chapman Holley.
