Robert Pattinson has ‘minor car accident’
After a run in with the paparazzi, Robert Pattinson reportedly had a minor car accident.
We reported earlier today that the Twilight actor had confronted paps as he tried to leave a party in Malibu (click the link to see a video).
According to Hollywoodlife, Rob told the paps that they needed to back off and stop following him, and even tried to get the police to help.
Well now the story has developed, with OK! claiming Rob then went on to bump his car with another car parked near by.
‘If I had a nice car like a Lexus or something, maybe [I would be concerned], but I’ve got an old Kia,” Rob Gottschlich, who owns the parked vehicle, told OK!.
‘I am going to ask Rob next time I see him for free tickets to the next Twilight film,’ Gottschlich joked.
A rep for the 24-year-old actor told OK!, ‘Robert was pulling out of a parking space after a quiet day in Malibu yesterday and was relentlessly pursued by paparazzi. He has no knowledge of having bumped or damaged another car in the process.’
