The two have fueled speculation that they're dating, after being spotted having lunch together on several occasions late last month. The Twilight actress and the Jonas Brother have been spotted together several times, but an insider claims they are not an item and that Ashley is just helping Joe with his solo album.

“They are just friends and enjoy spending time together when they are in the same area.” a source told Zack Taylor.

“Ashley is actually helping Joe write some music for his upcoming [solo] album.”

It was reported yesterday that Joe Jonas and ex girlfriend Demi Lovato are now “friends with benefits”.
