We saw a bit of a nasty streak come out in Justin Bieber, when it was reported that the star had posted an American teenager’s mobile number on Twitter.

Justin was taking revenge on Michigan teen Kevin Kristopik after finding out that Kevin was hacking into his friend’s account and accessing his number.

And it looks as though Justin’s plan worked because not only did Kevin get bombarded with thousands of texts and calls, the hacker also appeared on US TV apologising for his actions.

The teen told US news channel MSNBC on Tuesday: “Most of them (texts) were like, ‘Oh my God, Justin, is that really you?’ and others were like accusing me of hacking Justin Bieber’s Twitter and posting my own number, which is ridiculous.

“I’m sorry for meddling into your life but I also think he took it a little too far overboard by literally giving my number to 4.5 million people.”

It is thought that Kevin has since cancelled his Twitter page and changed his number.
