Joe McElderry back to X Factor

Joe McElderry will be back on X Factor to perform at one of the live shows.

Earlier on today Joe McElderry kicked off the promotional tour for his new single with an interview at Real Radio studios in Gateshead.

Speaking ahead of the release of his debut single, from the album Wide Awake, Joe sort of confirmed that he’s going to be performing Ambitions on the X Factor when the live shows start next month.

He said, “I’ll be going on the first week, I think” and he then added, “It will be very surreal and I’m excited and I’m nervous, but I kind of buzz off that nervous feeling and the pressure, so it will be really exciting.”

Joe’s single is released 10th October.
