McFly are not intimidated by boybands!

McFly are not worried about all the new boybands on the scene.

McFly were busy meeting fans and signing copies of their new single at The Fort shopping centre in Birmingham yesterday.

Party Girl is the first single from the lads upcoming fifth studio album and while they’ve been doing all the usual promotional interviews ahead of its release the inevitable questions quickly came up.

Are they worried about all the new boybands who have popped up while they’ve been away from the music scene?

Danny said, “JLS and The Wanted are great, they’re bringing pop back, but we’re never going to be intimidated by them.”
