Paris to escape cocaine charge over failed blood test

Paris Hilton could escape a jail term because the police who caught her with cocaine in her handbag failed to give her a blood test.

The heiress claims that the bag she was carrying belonged to someone else, and due to the police officers’ faliure to administer a test there is no evidence that she took the drug.

Paris herself denies all the charges, ranting on Twitter last week, “These rumors (sic) going around are so ridiculous, untrue and cruel. I’m not going to even pay attention to them, because I know the truth.”
