Jodi Foster didn’t think Kristen Stewart would become an actress

Jodi Foster is surprised that Kristen Stewart has continued acting.

The pair worked together eight years ago, when Kristen played Jodi’s diabetic daughter in the flick. Well now Jodi has expressed her surprise that Kristen perused a career in acting.

“I am surprised she is an actress,” Jodi told Eonline.com. “I didn’t think that’s where she was headed. Even though her mom said, ‘No, she really really wants to be an actress,’ I felt like, Nah, she won’t because she really doesn’t have the stereotypical personality.”

“She’s a great person, and I’m not surprised she’s gone on to to do great things,” she said.

Kristen has gone from strength to strength since finding mega-fame in the Twilight films. She’s (reportedly) dating one of the hottest men in Hollywood and it has even been suggested that she might bag an Oscar nomination, so whatever personality she may have, it’s clearly working.
