Adam Lambert is picking up honours left, right and centre.

He’s received a Grammy nomination for best male pop vocal performance for his song Whataya Want From Me, from his 2009 debut album, and the CMA-WAY awards for Best Male Singer/Artist – International in recent weeks, as well as a couple of nods from our readers.

Lambert fans never cease to amaze us. The put their heart and soul into supporting Adam, which showed in our reader polls for Sexiest Male Celebrity and Entertainer of the Year – Adam topped both lists.

He beat off strong competition in both categories, including Zac Efron, Robert Pattinson, Johnny Depp and Leonardo DiCaprio for the Sexy title and Lady Gaga, Katy Perry, McFly and Eminem for Entertainer of the Year.

Adam recently spoke out about his UK fanbase, and we may be small at the moment, but we are mighty.

Discussing his UK tour, he told X Magazine: “Well, I mean, the venues are not huge. They’re modest. But I think there’s definitely something going on with the internet and I think there’s a lot of word of mouth surrounding my project and that’s really exciting for me.”

“I think that word got over here to people and there’s been a very passionate, dedicated fanbase, however small, here in the UK.”
