Gwyneth Paltrow isn’t a big fan of British Christmas cake.

Gweyneth, who is married to Brit Chris Martin of Coldplay fame, isn’t a fan of the matured pud.

“Brits have this Christmas cake, which sounds fine,” she said.

“Except they make it in, like, August. Seriously, you’re going to eat something you made in August? No.”

The actress recently revealed that she finds it hard spending time away from her family.

“You want to put yourself in the hands of someone who’s really good or where you might learn something that you never thought you’d learn because my time out of my house and away from my kids is no joke,” she said.

“I am not putting them to bed right now, I’m here, and that’s really hard on me. But at the same time, it’s what I do, so when I do my work, I want to be inspired. I want to bring home something they’ll be proud of and they’ll look back and go, ‘Wow, mum was alright’.
