Katy Perry won’t be US X Factor judge

Katy Perry has confirmed that she will not be a judge on the US The X Factor.

It was rumoured that Katy might be part of the judging panel for Simon Cowell’s new show, which starts next year.

However, the singer is so busy and has ruled-out taking on the job – for now.

When Katy was asked if any of the rumors were true, Katy said: “Everybody is saying that, but I don’t know if anybody’s checked my tour dates lately. I’m going to be on the road all year.”

“I’m not doing X Factor,” she revealed, before adding that she’d consider the job in the future

“But, you know, mystery is history… I’d love to come and do it one of these days.”
