Photo: Is this Robert Pattinson & Kristen Stewart half-naked in the bathroom?

A photo has hit the net of what looks like it could be Robert Pattinson and Kristen Stewart in the bathroom, in their underwear.

Twifans.com posted the dimly-lit shot, reportedly of Rob and Kristen on the set of Breaking Dawn. It looks kind of like they’re brushing their teeth.

It is not known if this is the Twilight co-stars and rumoured real life couple, but we can see why people might think it’s them.

“You can tell it’s Rob because of the birthmark on his right shoulderblade and that it’s Kristen because of the hair color/style” is the evidence to suggest it is them put forward on the site.

It is a pretty strange photo to take though. It’s hard to imagine a legitimate scenario where Rob and Kristen would be brushing their teeth in their underwear, while a third person watched with a camera.
