Rosie O’Donnell doesn’t agree with Kim Kardashian & Adam Lambert

When it comes to Teen Moms Rosie O’Donnell isn’t of the same opinion as Kim Kardashian and Adam Lambert.

In an interview with UsMagazine.com, Rosie made positive comments about the show.

“At the end of almost every episode the mothers says they wish they used protection or waited,” Rosie said.

“(They say) ‘My whole life is over,’ or ‘I can’t live the life of a teenager.’ I think it sends out a positive message.”

Two celebs who don’t agree are Kim and Adam.

Adam recently expressed his views on the show via Twitter.

“This Teen Mom show on MTV is so depressing.” Adam tweeted. “I know it’s “real life” but shouldn’t there be programming that inspires kids to shoot higher? #glorifyingwhitetrash”

“I’m not saying that all teen moms are white trash. Don’t misunderstand. Yet, most of the ones on that show seem to be. I do, however, think they’re are being exploited a bit.” he added.

Kim spoke out about the reality show on her blog.

“It seems that shows like Teen Mom are all of a sudden making teen pregnancy seem cool in the eyes of young girls.” she wrote. “The kids from these shows are all over the news, even on the covers of magazines, and have been become almost like celebrities, but girls, these are not people you should idolize!”

“When I think back to when I was 16, there is no way I would even have considered having a baby. That thought wouldn’t even have entered my head. Having a baby is one one of the biggest, and most life-changing decisions a person can make and while I’m not saying that no teen is in the position to raise a child, having a baby so young shouldn’t be seen as the trendy thing to do,” she added.

What do the teen moms themselves think about all this?

“Last time I checked, Kim Kardashian had a sex tape floating around on the internet and I’m pretty sure she made a lot of money off of it.” Amber Portwood told E!

“She made a sex tape when she was younger and she wants to bash the girls on Teen Mom? If you read the articles about the show, they do nothing but talk about how the show reveals how hard it is for all of us. It doesn’t glamorize anything! It shows the heartache we’ve all gone through.”

Teen Mom 2’s Jenelle Evans also responded to the comments, saying, “I want to say, s–t happens.”
