And the award for Best TV Actress goes to… Nina Dobrev.

Nina is currently starring in The Vampire Diaries, playing Elena Gilbert.

To bag the Flecking award for Best TV Actress, she received more votes than Lea Michele (Glee), Elizabeth Mitchell (Lost), Miley Cyrus (Hannah Montana Forever), Billie Piper (Secret Diary of a Call Girl), Nina Dobrev (The Vampire Diaries), Leighton Meester (Gossip Girl), Anna Paquin (True Blood), Selena Gomez (Wizards of Waverly Place), Pauley Perrette (NCSI), Dianna Agron (Glee), Teri Hatcher (Desperate Housewives) and Anna Torv (Fringe).

The Vampire Diaries also picked up the award for Best TV Show.
